I realize that the whole PA/RA process can be a bit difficult to understand exactly how it works.

The system is checking the PA at the time an RA is added to the queue to be matched.
As an example: if you have a Maximizer RA then the system will first try to find a Maximizer PA
and then make the match.

The reason why sometimes an RA's receives partial payment and is being shuffled back and forth
can be for several reasons, one of them being that once your RA has been matched then the system pulls it from
queue while waiting for the PA's the RA was matched to be paid.

Another is because IF the matched PA takes a while to be paid and or the hash is not entered within the allowed time.

So, the bottom line is that some RA's remain selected until completed while other take several turns to until completion.
